100 learners of Silo JSS

Mayor, Cllr. Phindile Faxi and MaxProf made a difference to 100 learners of Silo JSS, from the Engcobo Municipality in the Eastern Cape. Mayor Faxi chose this school not because it falls under her portfolio, but she also attended her Grade R to Grade 2 at this same school and wanted to give back to this community.
